What we collect

If you send the pilot request form: your name, business name and city, your email or mobile number, and your trade. We use it only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it.

Anonymous visit statistics: when you open this site we record simple events such as the page viewed, how far you scrolled, which buttons you clicked, the website you came from, whether you used a phone or a computer, and how long the page stayed open. We use this to learn which parts of the page help and which do not.

These statistics use no cookies and no advertising trackers. We do not store your IP address; a short, daily-changing code made from it lets us count visitors without identifying you, and cannot be reversed. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record nothing.

Who sees it

Only Ladderline. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes technical logs needed to serve the site. We use no third-party analytics, advertising or social media scripts on this page.

How long we keep it

Form requests: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Visit statistics: up to 14 months.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email hello@ladderlineco.com. We act on requests promptly.

Business emails

If we wrote to your business, we used an address your business published for enquiries. Reply "no" to any message and we will not contact you again.
